She doesn't actually remember her age or birthday, she just celebrates whenever she feels like it. She's usually not too far off though.

Height: 5'4'' (with the assistance of her shoes--)

-Selfish and prideful, with a dash of vanity: She's not a horrible person..ok maybe she is. But she always looks out for number 1 and won't usually go out of her way to help others. Stefani doesn't really care for people and feels she is under no obligation to help anybody, even her friends. She does not think highly of others, as opposed to how she views herself. It pretty much borders on narcissism. She never really helps people with anything (unless there is some sort of benefit for her) But if she is struggling with something, she will never, ever ask for assistance. It will deal a huge blow to her pride and she'll probably sulk about it for a while. Oh, and a dash of vanity? That's a bit of an understatement. She's pretty vain.

-Malicious and cunning: It's not quite evil intent so much as it is playful sadism. She is greatly entertained with people struggling- though it is toned down for her friends somewhat- and will often just sit back and spectate struggles be it a fight or someone doing some sort of laborious task. She is also constantly thinking of how to make the situation worse, especially if she is getting bored with it. Her quick thinking could easily be used to help people or something positive, but that's just lame.
-Quick and Calculating: She is a very quick thinker and can easily piece things together. Often when confronted by a stranger, she will warily keep an eye on them with her eye patch. She quickly and easily observes her surroundings to see what the best course of action is to be. Despite how freaking stupid she can be, she does think most of her actions through. Most of them. Some of them.

-Dramatic: She is dramatic in a lot of things- her clothes, her makeup, her entire freakin' appearance, her magic, etc. Not so much to strangers, but Stefani has a flair for making a scene. If you piss her off or give her an excuse to be loud, she will gladly take the opportunity. Blame her gypsy heritage. She talks big and uses her magic to make a scene, but she's really just bluffing.

-Insecure: It's not one of her major traits, but every now and then her pride will lapse and she'll begin to start doubting herself, thinking of her faults and inabilities. (Sometimes she'll also be prone to worrying about her loot and all the stuff she's taken from people who need it more than her...but not really.) This doesn't happen that often, most of the time she's just a giant jerk.

Birthplace: Gennevilliers, France

Stefani was born in a gypsy camp to a family comprised of her mother, father and whatever people that lived in their camp. They were all either entertainers or thieves..or both. She herself was a thief, and continues to be one today. But unfortunately for her, all of the money she took was never hers. It would be snatched from her immediately by older children or even adults, and her father would refuse to allow her to take it back, as there was no "mine" in that camp. She grew more and more fed up with this life and eventually ran away at approximately age 15. The night she was leaving, she grabbed a magic bag and a sack of portal powder and took off. Eventually, she heard about the world train, and the rest is history.

-The hair dye phenomena: Stefani, with her flair for attention and showy clothes, was not allowed to dress up or look as outlandish as she does now. She was forced to wear drab clothes and tuck her hair back as to not bring attention to herself while she emptied the pockets of audience members while her family put on a show. At age 13, she took matters into her own hands and hair; she used this odd blue plant she found in the forest near the camp and the potion that elder members of her family used to get rid of grey hairs to dye her hair blue. Not only did she succeed in dying it blue, she accidentally drank some (don't ask how- she's not all that bright) thus causing it to actually grow blue. She also accidentally ended up singeing her eyebrows off and making herself go half blind.

-The eye patch: Not much to say on the subject. Her eye patch was a family heirloom that had been gathering dust in her father's personal treasure chest that Stefani had stumbled upon after snooping in it as a 10 year old. 3 years later, lacking half her sight and both her eyebrows, she remembered this and went to go try it on a whim. It worked, but she was only allowed to use it at the camp. Couldn't risk drawing attention to herself with a giant monster eye obscuring half her face.

Combat Style:

Stefani is not much of a fighter. Fight or flight? She'll go with flight, along with your wallet and other belongings. If forced into a situation where a scuffle is unavoidable, then she'll probably try and tire you out before making one last break for it. When actually fighting, she evades more punches than she throws. Expect a lot of dirty tricks and tactics from her- she can utilize her surroundings well and is accomplished at using sleight of hand. Has no real weapon aside from her magic, but that's only used for bluffing.

Skills:

-Pickpocketing: Or as she refers to it, "borrowing for and indefinite period of time." Trained at a young age, Stefani has been slipping her hands into people's pockets leaving them 50 discs lighter and confused. Her magic only serves to help that, despite it not being versatile. Her typical approach is to detach her hand and sneak it into your pocket or even using some sort of telekinesis. 

-Eye patch: The eye patch was a heirloom that no one really thought was functional, despite being a family of magic users. After a mishap that cost Stefani half her sight and both her eyebrows, she figured it couldn't hurt to try. It allows her to see the dead and to see two places at once. (Think Mad-Eye Moody.)

-Teensy bit of entertaining prowess: Now when I say teensy, I mean almost nonexistant. Stefani squashed majority of her abilities to entertain people out of sheer stubbornness. She does, however, like keeping herself entertained. So she picked back up a few things such as violin, flute, dancing, a little bit of singing, guitar, stuff like that. She's a very quick learner in terms of music but will deny vehemently when asked anything in relation to this.

-Lack of education: She never received a proper education, so she cannot read. She claims to not be able to read english, but it's really just reading in general.

-Kleptomaniac: Despite her pleasure from stealing, Stefani really cannot help her impulse to steal to the point that she doesn't always remember stealing things.

-Poor memory: Stefani has forgotten everything from her age and birthday to her last name. Her tendency to forget people has annoyed many. Not that she cares.

-She can't understand technology in the slightest. That's pretty self explanatory, but if handed an iPhone or something, she'll probably glare at it before dropping out a window or something. Maybe selling it if she figures out that technology is kinda valuable.

-Prone to bribery: If you offer her enough money to do something? She'll do it. In most cases anyway.
-Cannot resist a challenge: Bait her enough and her superiority will kick in and she'll do whatever you were trying to get her to do quite recklessly.

-her personality, in case you haven't noticed, is not that great. Too much time spent fending for herself and having a lack of good influences kind of takes its toll.

-her bag (though not drawn here because i'm an idiot) is alive. It holds much more than you would think and to open it you have to tickle it. it has attitude issues though just like stefani.
-she has a pretty good poker face
